I had a great experience at Doche Family Dental in San Marcos, CA. In December, I went to another dentist who told me I had five cavities. That didn’t seem right, so I went to Dr. Doche for a second opinion. He was completely honest—after checking me thoroughly, he told me I had no cavities and didn’t need any work. I really appreciated the honesty and integrity.  Another standout was their in-office 3D night guard process. Instead of the old messy putty impressions, they used a 3D scanner and printed my night guard right there in the office. It was quick, comfortable, and impressive.  Honest care, friendly staff, and modern technology—highly recommend Doche Family Dental!

We started going to this family dental clinic way back in 2004 with my wife and two daugthers 10 and 12 then my youngest daughter who was born 2005. Pretty much my family grew older with Dr Doche and Ms Rose and their staff. They have taken cared, treated, and maintained our dental health with love and care and with utmost professionalism needless to say they still are!!!! My hairline has by now greatly receded and of course Dr Doche too. Another thing that came with getting older is my snoring that is getting worse that I started using cpap just to keep my wife in our room. Dr. Doche is very attentive, knowledgeable and honest. I appreciate that there no pressure for up-sell when I go for cleanings and treatments. Also, my older son has special needs and he’s just wonderful with him. The woman that cleans his teeth makes things fun and is so cheerful. I never worry about him being stressed or anxious. Would definitely recommend.

Small family cozy quaint office:) Everyone is so gentle, genuine and kind. I felt listened to and cared for, versus being scared into something or sold some product. They were honest and also sensitive to my needs :))

I had a scheduled appointment and I took a half-day off work and drove over an hour (one way) to make this appointment. Upon arrival, I was informed that the clinical staff had an emergency and they knew it since yesterday. While I absolutely understand that staff emergencies happen and are sometimes unavoidable, the failure of the front desk receptionist to contact me beforehand is a complete lapse in professionalism and customer service. By not making a simple phone call, the receptionist caused me to waste over two hours of driving time and use valuable paid time off (PTO) unnecessarily. It is the front desk's primary responsibility to manage the schedule and ensure patients are notified of any cancellations, especially those caused by staff absences.
