My husband and II waited 1 hr on the waiting room and we still weren’t called in for our appointments. Overbooking is a great way to loose patients. I ended up leaving. My daughter experienced the same thing earlier I. The day. My granddaughter experienced the same thing on a different day.

Made a ghost appointment, Bad service as the receptionist does not have any information on the appointment or the services. The customer care just wants to schedule appointment and probably want to take information of upcoming patients. Wont recommend, use another service.

Save yourself of the hassle and do not go here. They are extremely difficult to reach through the phone. On multiple occasions I've had to call over 10 times to try and reach the receptionist. They never pick up and instead of having the option to leave a message you automatically get transferred to their main line (which is no help whatsoever). The hours listed on google and their website is 9AM-6PM which is untrue. Due to not being able to reach them on the phone for an urgent matter, I tried going in person at 1pm only to be told nobody will be back until 2pm. Why is that? The office is also locked before 6PM. It's such a waste of time trying to contact this office. It's ridiculous and very unprofessional.

On September 8, 2025 I finally had an appt. set for 12 noon. Prior to this appt. I was seen on the 23rd of August, and was told I needed extensive dental work. I asked for a treatment plan during my initial appt. in February 2025 which I did NOT receive.  At today's appt. I was asked - actually pressured to pay for the anticipated services before the dentist got started, and before I received the treatment plan which I originally asked for - with the specific cost breakdown. I waited 20 minutes while the plan was being created. I was given 3 different treatment plans with 3 different prices for the same treatment. It took another 15 mins to print and explain the needed treatment. I had questions. The receptionist was visibly frustrated, and unable to communicate why she had produced 3 dif

I lived down the street from this place, so I thought I would give it a try since it a brand new office and they’re just opened a few months ago. I came for a consultation and was told that I qualified for a deep cleaning after they checked my insurance. So I go ahead and made an appointment for the deep cleaning. I made the earliest appointment which is 9am because I have to go to work after. I arrived at 9am on the day of my appointment, I finished all the paper and didn’t get to call in until 10:10am. They took me into the room, put the bibs on me and a dentist came in to give me a numbing shot and told me to wait for about 20-30mins. 40 minutes has passed and the dentist is no where to be seen. I came out to look for dentist and saw 7 patients in different room and there was only 1 den
