San Lorenzo Family Dental

I have been a patient at this dental office for some time now and have always had great experiences. The staff has consistently been polite, welcoming, and professional, and I have been very happy with the services provided in the past. Unfortunately, my most recent visit with my 2-year-old daughter was very different and left me feeling extremely disappointed. I originally had a different appointment date scheduled, but the office called and asked if I could come in sooner, which I agreed to. What I was not informed of was that I would be assigned to a different doctor than the one we had previously seen. That change, combined with what happened during the visit, made the experience very uncomfortable. After the hygienist finished cleaning my daughter’s teeth, doctor Gagan requested x-r

Dentists and Dental Assistants are excellent and nice. The front end is a different story. They are nice up front but very UNPROFESSIONAL in returning calls and scheduling. Left several voice messages to 2 offices but did not get back to me until several weeks. They kept scheduling me without prior coordination and, they just cancel and move appointments without any coordination to the patients. If you have the patience for inefficiency, be my guest. Doctor's are awesome though. Update: They called me to schedule me in another office. Trying to give them another chance despite another scheduling without my consent.

Came in for a cleaning as a new patient and they requested my medical history from my primary care provider, told them I haven’t visited a PCP since I moved to this country and instead got a lecture of why I should be visiting a doctor. They refused to perform the dental cleaning which I understand, they don’t want to be liable for anything, however they make you sign and fill out forms where you state that you do or don’t have allergies or any other illnesses, then why do they make you fill out those forms for? After leaving the office I received a call to discuss “a treatment plan” that they didn’t even mention about when I was there in person. Complete waste of time.

The staff was great and very helpful. I was taken in right away to be seen by the dentist. My exam was grood, X-ray were good thorough, and the Dental Assistant was good. All-n-all the whole dental appointment Was very good 💯😊👍

Probably one of the best dental offices I’ve ever been to. I almost forgot I was at the dentist. The staff was extremely friendly. The dental assistant, taking the x-rays was so pleasant, and the actual Dentist himself was a hoot. he was so personable and professional at the same time. I felt so comfortable.
