I had a great experience at Western Dental in San Leandro. The doctor was excellent and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I was really happy with the service I received for my cleaning and crown. Everything was explained clearly and the work was done professionally. Highly recommend!

This rating is a minus 0. I was given 3 different treatment plans with 3 different prices for the same treatment. It took another 15 mins to print and explain the needed treatment. The receptionist did the "dental consultation." The doctor entered the room ready to perform the dental treatment. I had questions. The receptionist was visibly frustrated, and unable to communicate why she had produced 3 different treatment plans with different pricing. The dentist is ready, and has been since I was seated in the dental chair. Now I need time to read this treatment plan before I sign, then decide what method I'd like to comfortably use to pay for the treatments. The dentist administers the numbing injections. It's 12:50 PM, the receptionist now begins pressuring me to pay before she goes to lun

Horrible customer service. Dentist office is extremely dirty. The walls need cleaning and they are always short on staff. Go to another office is the best bet. The doctors are extremely rude and the manger Madhavi Rumalla is very rude she does not do a thorough check on your teeth and usually sits in the back until it’s her time to read documents.

Doctor o is fantastic.when he was cleaning my teeth she kept checking on me making sure I was all right making sure he wasn’t hurting me. He is a wonderful doctor. he did a good job
