I have to say, this Western Dental location gave me one of the worst dental experiences of my life: and I've had some bad ones in the past. For nearly a decade, I've been a loyal Western Dental patient. The company has always made things straightforward and convenient for me, which is why I chose them. Unfortunately, my visit to this particular office on January 7th has completely soured that trust and may have ruined my preference for the brand. I came in for a routine annual cleaning and check-up. The dentist identified a cavity and filled it the same day: something I now deeply regret having done here. I don't know why this place doesn't have 5 stars. I went for a consultation yesterday and all of the staff were so nice. Dr. Acosta was great. They got me scheduled immediately, and my first appointment was scheduled as soon as I was ready. Plus- they gave me a treatment plan for literally half of what another place did.

They’re always on time, good service, always 100% satisfied with the job- and the front desk lady Valerie is an awesome lady and always receives the clients with a smile. 100% recommend their services.

Love coming here and the costumer service , they help you to feel comfortable and to feel confident with your teeth , they teach you how to improve with your hygiene and they walk you through all the steps for any treatment ! 🥰❤️

I recently visited Western Dental on 2140 E Palmdale and I couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service care that I received.
