AV Sierra Dental Center

I’m a new patient at AV Sierra Dental, and I was a bit unsure about what to expect. Overall, I had a great experience! The staff are so kind, compassionate, and caring. I really appreciate their help and attention to detail.

My regular dental office was closed, and I needed to be seen the same day. AV Sierra was able to get me in immediately, and the experience was excellent. The staff was amazing—everyone I encountered provided great customer service, was very friendly, and communicated clearly. The facility was clean and modern, which made the visit even more comfortable. I’ll be switching my entire family to this office. I’m very happy with the care I received and highly recommend them. I wish I knew everyone's name but Kayla in the front was so sweet!

AMAZING! From scheduling- to my first appointment, this clinic and staff are superb. So friendly, calm, non-judgement. They explained the procedure to me, provided options and introduced the financial plan allowing me to ask questions along the way. Dr. Oh did an amazing job with my treatment and asked how I was along the way. He even called me that same evening to check in on me to see how I was feeling (I mean c’mon :) I went from dreading dental visits to looking forward to my next appt. Do not think twice, consider this clinic for your dental needs.

It was quite a pleasant experience, since it's been a few years since I'd had my teeth checked. The check-in staff was awesome, the Dr was super nice and made it very comfortable when meeting him and going over my x-rays. Christina who actually did my cleaning was amazing, very gentle and caring. I can definitely say I found a great place and ive made my follow up appointment already. Thank you AV Sierra Dental you all are amazing keep up the great work.

Dr. Oh and everyone I have any form of interaction with are always kind, professional and empathetic. From the receptionists, insurance specialist and dental assistants to the Dr. himself. They don't make you feel bad regardless of how much dental work you need, which is so refreshing. They help me stay calm and are constantly checking in with me during the procedures to make sure I'm doing OK. Dr. Oh talks you through it every step of the way. I am so grateful to have found this place, they don't have such high ratings for nothing!
