The dentist apologized for ruining the perfectly fine teeth I had, I’ve been battling one infection in my sinus! Then the tooth that is very very hurting right now! This tooth was supposed to be fixed the injection yo me to numb the tooth for repair pierced the “sinus that was vey close to the gum line! With an injection he never prepped for! He knows and I know and so does his assistant ! These infections in the sinuses and face have been awful! ! The teeth that were prepped for crowning annd are going to the University for repair! They filed then remove! The inflammation in the neck and jaw isn’t sugar I eat cold stuff to keep the areas swelling down! This is one of those places that always ask you to leave a review and I wouldn't normally leave a review and haven't after the last several times but I appreciate the team that they have and especially Alona. She is a wonderful dentist technician and has helped me through a root canal among several other procedures. She is patient, friendly, and kind. Today she set me up with a temporary crown with ease and professionalism. Not a fan of anything dental related like the cost of the service, up-keep/maintenance and that teeth have so many different specialties-gums/roots/alignment/cavities/ cleaning. Reception couldn't understand I needed removal of two teeth because the wisdom teeth they wouldn't remove last time crashed into them breaking them. I waited a month for this appointment drove 2.5 hours because it was a referral appointment meaning this was the second appointment for this issue. The dentist told me what I already knew said I really needed the teeth removed and walked out refusing to do anything. Luckily I found a dentist that is willing to extract and get out of pocket money out of me for a bone graft. It's too bad we can't get people who actually listen to you when your in pain and want to help. All they want to do is take X-rays and tell you exactly what you found at your local dentist before you got a referral to a dentist who was actually supposed to help you. I have b

I am beyond upset about my experience with this asian guy dentist. I left the clinic shaking with frustration. I have never been treated with such coldness, impatience, and outright disrespect by a healthcare professional. The way I was spoken to made me feel small, dismissed, and completely unvalued as a patient. I trusted this place with my well-being, and instead I walked out feeling humiliated and angry. This experience was emotionally exhausting and incredibly disappointing. I will never come back. Not once. Not ever. No one should have to go through what I did.
