Lindsay Groff, 1st Custom Digital Hearing Aid Center

Finding 1st Custom Digital Hearing Aid Center was such a gift! My mom is very hard of hearing and needed a specialty provider to find something that would work for her severe hearing loss. Several friends recommended we go see Lindsay and Steven Groff and they were so right! They not only treat their patients with the utmost respect and care, but treat the hearing aid purchase as a "partnership". The new hearing aid owner's part is coming in for cleanings and maintenance of their devices to KEEP them working! What's more, they are dedicated to using the newest technology. It was very interesting to sit in on my mom's first appointment and learn that hearing aids are now like mini computers! I can't recommend Lindsay, Steven, and their staff members enough. Good people and great service!

I cannot say enough great things about this hearing aid center. I have been coming here for years now and the way they treat you is like family. Lindsay, Steven and Brandy are so kind and really take the time to listen to you and make sure you're happy with your hearing aids. They want to make sure you have what's a good fit for you and are not just trying to sell you the most expensive, shiniest new thing. As someone who's been hearing impaired since birth, I've been to a lot of hearing aid centers, audiologists, etc, throughout the years and no one provided service as genuine, accommodating and hospitable as they have.

Lindsey and Steve have many years of experience in providing hearing solutions. I’ve found them both to be very knowledgeable and caring about their patients. Lindsey will go to the extra length to make sure you have the best hearing experience possible. I highly recommend 1st Custom Digital Hearing Aid Center and would give them more stars if possible.

1st Custom Digital Hearing Aid Center offers high quality, professional, very caring and supportive assistance as one goes through the challenges of adjusting to hearing aids. Lindsay, Steve and team have always been supportive and never gave up on me, as I offered a bit of a challenge. I love Lindsay and the staff. Everybody is genuinely kind and helpful. Lindsay has a true interest in the hearings aids themselves and is always walking around the office with one in her hand. I would gladly refer family or friend to Digital Hearing. She helped me out of a scrape when I had forgotten my aids and charger out of town. I had never been to the office before but she had no trouble giving me a spare set of aids and a charger.
