Saw a lot of mixed reviews but decided to see for myself. The front staff was incredibly welcoming & kind. Arlene did a great job of making me feel safe and not judged. The assistant who took my Xrays, Johanna was just AMAZING and super sweet. The Dr took her time explaining the treatment with me and was very professional. Overall this place is a 10/10!!

I would not recommend going here to anyone. Yes they’re short staffed so I somewhat understand the wait. But besides that I did not have a good visit at all today. It was my first time here and I had high expectations it’s in a nice area they had good reviews. But my visit was terrible I went in for a cleaning and they did nothing!! All they did was give me polish, I do take care of my teeth but there was obviously at least a small amount of plaque since I hadn’t gotten a cleaning since last year, they didn’t do anything else besides the polish yet they still charged me as if I got the whole package. Besides that the “dentist” they had I guess was so rushed she doesn’t even have time for her patients. I talked to her for a total of 30 seconds and that was it. I spent 2 hours there and all

My experience at this location was amazing! The customer service was top-tier, and the staff was super friendly — all smiles. I’ve been coming to this location for years, and I absolutely love it. Dr. Hadid was my doctor, and Arene assisted me as well. Overall, the staff was great!😊

I had a really good experience at Western Dental. The staff was professional, patient, and made sure I understood every step of my treatment. My braces journey especially has been great I’ve seen real improvement, and the orthodontic team took the time to make adjustments carefully and comfortably. Appointments were smooth, and I always felt taken care of. I was recommended to this office by Johanna a dental hygienist there.I’m genuinely happy with my results so far and would recommend this location to anyone considering braces or dental treatment.

My name is Victoria, i made an appointment with these people, and was so disappointed. First I made the appointment was seen they did my x rays told me I have 2 cavities and need deep cleaning. I told them how I had 2 lose teeth because the gingivitis and I needed my deep cleaning fast. They said to call them back in 2 weeks to see if my insurance approves the deep cleaning witch it does they just need to confirm 👍. Then I call them back 1 week later to follow up it takes them 1 hour to get to the phone, and when they get back they say they have no record of my visit saying I need deep cleaning. On top of there garbage service the lady tells me she'll talk to her manager to see if they find my visitation in record for my deep cleaning and the cavities and the lady never calls back plea
