The staff is friendly. They helped me get assigned to this location because I have HMO Insurance. The Doctors did amazing work. You can’t even tell I have crowns. Arthur gave me the best deal with my insurance. Denise is a friendly face when I walk in. Place is great.

Longest time 3 hours is a bit of long time just for a checkup. Worst visit I have ever had. Then I was talking to the dentist with his back turned I told him not to offer me anything. He did not acknowledge me and told administration asst to offer me night guards even though I said no several times. I had to repeat myself to the asst. Still offered me them anyway and I had to tell her again that I did not want to hear anymore about them. I had to get a bit extreme to be heard. Usually the service is ok but, this visit made me angry and on top of that while waiting for my car I dropped and put a small crack in my screen protector. I will have to make sure I come before 1. I would say more but I just get frustrated because of my experience

The current ranking is a lie. Do not come here for a good service. For my first appointment I waited over three hours with no one telling me anything and when I asked, what time will I be seen? They told me the doctor had just left for lunch and will be back about 30 to 45 minutes even though I’ve been waiting for over three hours and was there well before the dentist supposedly had left for lunch. Very unprofessional and un caring about other peoples Time

I had such an amazing experience during my visit. Front staff was very friendly and welcoming. Andrea did a great job at thoroughly explaining everything

I was very upset as I sat in the waiting area for more than two hours waiting to be seen. When I noticed it had been over an hour of waiting I approached the receptionist to inform her and she told me it would be another 15 minutes which eventually turned into over 2 hours before I walked out.
