They provided great service from the time I walked in . Jessica was amazing nice and welcoming . This is a great place to come. I used to go to Crumms optometry in chino hills and they were good but was glad to find someone closer and just as good. I will recommend them to others and bring my kids

I am writing a review based on the poor customer service the front desk staff provides. I want to make it clear that my review is regarding the staff, not the doctor. I had a 5-star experience with Dr. Delgado. She is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The front desk staff needs to work on providing good customer service. I recently called the office to request a copy of my prescription for glasses and contact lenses. I don’t remember which staff member I spoke to, but they told me they had to charge me money to send the email. It is upsetting that they would charge me for something that is sent electronically. Once they sent me the email, it was incomplete and did not have everything I requested included in it. Also, during my initial appointment, they were not clear of my charges
