Went in for a regular cleaning and to get information on braces. After getting x-rays for the evaluation I was initially quoted 2k with insurance. When I sat down to sign the paperwork the price had gone up from 2k to 6k and they lied and stated my insurance did not cover anything (I checked with a representative and it covers approximately 2k). And that the cost had gone up due to "other factors". In addition to the 4k markup they were requiring me to get financed through them at a 16% interest rate over several years which set the overall cost at nearly double (12k). After declining the braces and stating I would get a second opinion. They did not let me get my cleaning which was the whole purpose of the visit. Has anyone noticed how the staff on the front desk dress? Made my daughters and I feel very uncomfortable. I mean come on, we need to look down at these employees because of the way this office is set up. I am very sure they are aware that their chest is almost out and the way they sit so darn close to their desk 🙄 like really? It sucks because this location is walking distance to us which is amazing. Haven't been here in a while so maybe things have changed and my family would give it another try! The staff behind the door are amazing. My daughter was in this room and I noticed the filth immediately. Not to mention the protective glasses my daughter had to wear 😳 A good cleaning and appropriate dressed employees 👌 and this place would be perfect!

Horrible service, they need to get a new receptionist. I think her name was alina. It started with an A. She denied service even after speaking to my insurance and knowing I was assigned to this office. I called today 12/23/25. I want to reach out to the office manager when she comes back unless the receptionist was lying and she was there.

I was suppose to get my wisdom teeth removed on a Friday. I was told by the manger maria to not eat anything by 12 in the night till my dentist appointment at 12 in the afternoon mind you i have school so I was very light headed and pale. My appointment was switched to 3pm. My mom and I got there waiting till 6pm there were also other clients that were there to get their widsom teeth removed. The doctor or dentist got there around 7pm and they didn't put us inside till 8pm so my mom and I escaped. Maria called my mom threatening her if we don't come back she will charge us money on the card. I do not recommend this place. The tech who took my x-rays was nice but he seemed somewhat depressed like he hated his job there, which is understandable tbh. The main doctor who sees you (I got an elderly asian) also seemed nice, but the fake blond lady who was with him did most of the talking and she had soo much attitude. The way she spoke to the patients vs her coworkers was night and day. Her tone was very pessimistic/condescending and somewhat angry, not at all friendly! She was also very dismisive of my concerns and all of her answers to my questions is that I needed braces. This place also seems to want to force you to get braces even if you don't need them that much.
