Western Dental & Orthodontics

I went to two years of misery out of the Western dental in Merced I was not aware of their procedures what they do how they do it how they explain it to you none of that was available to me I didn't know what was going on from one appointment to the next they had actually skipped appointments and had me going to an appointment that I wasn't supposed to go to cuz I still had other steps to finish. I walk into this Western dental in Atwater and the finance manager I don't know her name but she was so nice and I'm going to tell you like in 15 minutes she mapped out of plan for me that would fit my finances. I'm so happy that this was made available to me. I'm looking forward to many years with Western dental and all of you are going to Merced you need to drop that plan it ain't working I'm th

I had a walk in visit today and Jovanna made it so easy for me to be checked, she also made sure my insurance was active. After the check in the wait wasn’t that bad and Jo took my X-rays, she made sure I was comfortable and let me know what sides she was going to take and what to expect(I’m a bit of a gagger) she was fast and made sure I was okay. the hygienist and Dr Bains both saw me and told me what I needed to do and my experience overall was good. Glad I came to this office

If I had to choose a dental office all over again it would be this one. All the employees look happy to be there. I’ve been to some offices where they don’t even smile, from front staff to the doctor they deserve ten stars if I could. Manager Emily help me understand my treatment through and through. Had an amazing experience with this staff the receptionist Jovanna is so sweet and patient she looks like she tries her Best to make patients feel happy and satisfied if they have any questions, Emily the manager is so sweet as well and explained to me the treatment well, Dr Bains. Is one of the nicest doctors ive met her dental assistant aré always on the go a really hard working and beautiful staff.

My first time at this office was wonderful , great service both from dr bains and her helper Sonia . Made the process so easy for me . Thank you to them I’m no longer scared to go to the dentist. :)
