I am so thankful for the dedicated and professional team at Western Carteret Medical Center in Cedar Point. I had an acute back injury that was limiting my activity that did not get well on its own after almost two weeks. My healthcare professional, Traci Lancaster, as well as her assistant, both spent time with me and were very thorough in their history and review of my symptoms. From my initial telephone call to schedule an appointment, to greeting me upon my arrival at check in and my check out following the appointment, the staff was absolutely professional, kind and courteous. Thank you so much for the excellent healthcare you provided. I feel so much better and I am looking forward to resuming my regular activities.

Was trying to get my girlfriend meds refilled which she needs on a daily basis, was told we had an appointment on Friday 19, we called Sunday or Saturday to schedule. THEY WAITED 5 DAYS AND CALLEd THE DAY BEFORE TO CANCEL the appointment because they realized they cant actually help, what a waste of time and several lack of professionalism, this is people's health not rental car, she requires this medicine daily and now we have to scramble to find a qualified doctor because they couldn't do theyre jobs right the first time

I want to share a cautionary tale with others. I was a patient for several months and, in May, I received my prescribed medication without missing a single appointment. However, when I reordered the same medication in September, paying in full for the same quantity, I was informed that I would only receive a third of what I ordered until they deemed it necessary to provide the rest. If I’m paying for something, I expect to receive the full amount. After going back and forth, I insisted that they either deliver all of the medication I had paid for or issue a full refund. This experience felt very untrustworthy.

So grateful for the team at Western Carteret Medical Center! They have been my primary care for several years and as someone who struggles with several chronic illnesses, I am grateful to have them in charge of my care. Rebecca and Mindy are both wonderful but I'm especially grateful for Rebecca Droberg. She truly LISTENS to her patients and I never feel rushed through my time in the office. She has been incredibly thorough with every scenario, including health changes post-COVID. She thinks of things I could never think of to help me feeling my best. They are a team who CARES about their patients. I never feel like just another person who walks through their doors. Tracie Lancaster took care of me today at Western Carteret Medical Center. It was my first encounter with her and I was incredibly pleased! She spent time with me, was thorough, and was very caring.
