I went there to get the results of my MRI for both my shoulders. After waiting over one hour a man came into the room who was not Dr. Spellman and just asked me questions that they should already know, doing nothing but wasting my time. Dr. Spellman finally came in there read my MRI's and could only recommend giving me an injection which I had already told them didn't work. Avoid this place if you can, they care nothing about providing good treatment for their patients.

2nd visit to Moore orthopedic, so far I am very pleased with everyone need a total left hip replacement will update after surgery. Very helpful and polite. Brought in a model to show me exactly what to expect also did a right hip injection without even having to wait for an appointment

Since I keep getting emails to review them, here it is. I had a swollen ankle for a couple weeks and I got a referral to go see Alec fields. Entering the facility, I wasn’t greeted by front desk staff and rather I had to wait until they were finished chatting to get checked in. I didn’t make a big deal because I wasn’t there for them. Well after getting my X-rays taken, Alec did not do any range of morion with me on my foot nor went over my X-rays with me. He stated he would put in a referral with physical therapy and told me he’d be back. Well he didn’t come back it was a medical assistant that came in and tried handing me the referral and to go check out at front desk and that’s when I asked her if Alec was coming back to review X-rays with me (which he did not go over with me). If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in for a lower back injury and was told I pulled my periformis and got thrown a stretch band by Chuck, that was after a painful and abrasive series of tests from him. Did x rays and said I was fine and to do pt. Well, turns out I have compressed discs squeezing the nerves and my left hip is 20mm higher than my right, found that out from a chiropractor I’m seeing now. He was flabbergasted that chick missed that and so am I. Waste of money and time and Moore set my recovery back terribly. Screw those guys, don’t make the same mistake I did.

The wait time to get into the treatment area is usually minimal compared to many medical facilities. The staff is always friendly and informative.
