Westchester Medical Center Outpatient Pediatric Urology

I declined to schedule with Dr Drangsholt after learning the appointment would be one month away, I schedule for an elderly relative who had more immediate need, this prompted the receptionist who’d been assisting me over the phone to give a loud aggravated sigh and hang up on me! She’d been scolding me throughout the call about being unaware of who had which urological specialty and apparently not being grateful for only a one month wait time. This treatment is routine. I’ve loved the doctors at, and affiliated with, Westchester Medical Center, but me and my family have all but stopped scheduling with them due to rude and sometimes downright abusive office and medical support staff within a variety of departments.

Dr. Drangsholt is the best and knowledgeble, she explain me everything on my 1st appointment about my incontenence problem, she schedule me for a minor surgery. Now Im so happy and thankful for the result she save me. No more pads for me now.

Dr. Phillips projects professional attitude and is attentive, but the staff consistently fails to return calls, deflects requests for fundamental services. Even the office manager lacks professional courtesy.

This office is the best. The doctors are personable, friendly, knowledgeable and truly care about the patients they are helping. They accept lots of insurances, there's little wait time, and the office's location is as convenient as can be. Five starts all around.

I have been calling Dr fullerton for complications after my procedure it's been 3 weeks still I haven had no call back and oh yea they lack professionalism and courtesy treat you like something your not horrible horrible care for patients my advice find another urologist if you need to be in contact cause they don't
