Was Scheduled as Soon as Possible and She was Very Professional and Also Cheery To Speak Too..She Explained What Was To Happen When I Arrive for My appt. When I Arrived To My 7pm. Appt. I was Greated By Anthony, The Technician, Who Was More Than a Tech. He was a Comfort, This is My 1st. Experience with This Scan and for This Reason. Fantastic experience! I took my mother here for a CT scan and all the staff were friendly, helpful and professional! The office was clean and welcoming as well! It was such a positive experience for my mother. Thank you so much! I forgot to ask the front staffs name, but she was so pleasant and helpful over the phone when I made the appointment and I just wanted to say that it is greatly appreciated! I also wanted to mention that the technician had a warm sheet ready to wrap her with in the room, which was so comforting for my mother, Thank you again!
Stacy the receptionist and Amanda the tech were so kind to me. They squeezed me into the scheduled because they knew how important this test was for my treatment plan. Stacy communicated with me by phone and text. She was unbelieveable. Sometimes people don't know their impact on others. I am glad I had the opportunity to express it. Thank you again!
Very positive experience- Stacy explained process and suggested useful prep, imaging operator (Amanda?) was responsive to my needs and comfort and explanation of my images by Dr. Riedl was very helpful to my understanding of the images. Great job! Thanks to all.
