Westchester Medical Center Outpatient Hematology

If I could give this place a zero! I would. I am surprised they don’t already have a plethora of reviews. On a scale of the worst places you can take your family for cancer treatment. This place takes the gold for the most inefficient, least empathetic or caring team. If you make an appointment- you can guarantee you will not be seen on time. Communication is non existent. Be prepared to call and leave a message for your provider - but then get no response. Be prepared to call to make appointments and not get call backs. Be prepared to show up for chemotherapy to find out you aren’t eligible but somehow still end up spending 10 hours in the building. (Most of this time spent waiting). I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and take your loved ones somewhe

I have polythermia and it's been 3 years and the center will not do blood therapy for me. I feel like there waiting for me to have a stroke intill I can get help.
