Dr. Jaio has been our go to Veterinarian for our Shihtzus (4) for over 10 years and he is always super attentive, but conservative. He will give the appropriate treatment and care without causing the animal to endure unnecessary testing and/or pain. He is practical, thorough, knowledgeable, and an exceptional veterinarian. His down to earth style ensures that he is doing that which is in the best interests of the animal without the expensive frills. We live in Harrison and take the trip to Mount Vernon because the quality of his services and fair prices are unmatched. Dr. Katz has been taking care of my kids for years, he always puts your pets needs first, and has alot of compassion, when they are not feeling well, hard to find these days! I would recommend him to everybody!

This exceptional clinic was my safe haven for years, for my indoor cats while I had them and for the stray cats when I managed to rescue them. After many years, today I contacted Dr. Robert, the clinic's owner, about medicating a stray cat, and the attention I received proves the efficiency and care we receive from this blessed place.

I’ve been living in Fleetwood for eight years, often walking past this veterinary office on my way across town. Never would I have expected the kind of experience I had with them last week. On Tuesday, I called to see if I could bring my cat in urgently. The representative I spoke to was dismissive, even though it was obvious I was panicking. Instead of offering compassion or guidance, she told me I would need to be an established patient and that the earliest available appointment would be in three weeks. We have been using Dr. Jaio since 2015 and cannot thank him for all the time, patience, and expertise on behalf of our sweet Bella. She has pushed through many hardships thanks to your expert care and outlived many illnesses because of you. No matter how challenging her health got, we could always turn to you for help, answers, and advice. Dr. Jaio made time for us even when he was not working during her final days. Bella had cushings disease, pancreatitus, enlarged heart, a collapsed treachea, seizures and a mast cell tumor. She outlived all of these illnesses and passed at 16 thanks to you.
