AFC Urgent Care Mt. Vernon

my experience at urgent care was very good. I was filled out the paperwork. I payed my co-pay and my wait wasn't long, the staff care was great, nice attitude and the Dr. Was cool. I was over all happy wit my care there and I would definitely go again. Thank you go the team work Lorie 😁

I was a walk-in patient coming in to be checked for a possible ear infection. The wait time was under 15 minutes. The paperwork was short and easy to fill out. The place was clean, and the staff was friendly. The doctor was easygoing and friendly as well. I was able to be quickly diagnosed and received prescriptions, which were sent to the pharmacy promptly. I also received a follow-up call two days later which I thought was very nice of them.

My first visit here and the place is clean, people are friendly and time start to finish was amazing. Shanell at the front desk greeted me and was helpful navigating me through check in and out. The MA was very nice and did great with triage. The provider was caring, concerned, informative and knowledgeable. She even came back out to give after care support. I hope I don’t need frequent urgent care but if I do, this is the place I will return to.

At the Mt. Vernon location the staff all are always kind and patient very. The doctors are all so caring. I will always choose this location for all my urgent health care needs. The location is convenient, not to mention clean, neat, smells refreshing. Nice music playing it’s so calm and comfortable. The service has always been with in a timely manner and the follow up phone calls. Thank you to all ❤️

Every time I go to AFT’s URGENT CARE, I am ALWAYS treated w/ tender, loving care and respect!!!! I urge you to use their services if you are ever not well and need medical attention. The Nurses are very kind and helpful. The Dr’s are knowledgeable and sympathetic to The Patient’s Needs as well as concerns. PLUS, AFT’s URGENT CARE Facilities take MOST Insurances!!! CALL them ahead to make sure that they take Your Insurance.
