West Tyler Veterinary Clinic

I recently brought my pet to West Tyler Veterinary Clinic for evaluation and treatment, but the experience was deeply disappointing and concerning. The veterinarian—an older female doctor—dismissed my pet's condition outright as a "lost cause" without performing any diagnostic tests, examinations, or even basic assessments to determine the underlying issue. No bloodwork, imaging, or other diagnostics were offered or conducted before this conclusion was reached.This refusal to provide care or explore options felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially given the lack of any objective medical basis for the judgment. Such caring staff. Two of my dog babies crossed over the rainbow in one day. The staff were so caring and nice. Gave me time with my pets and explained everything to me. The vet was nice as well telling all that was wrong with one of my pet and when I made the decision to let him go was understanding. Recommend this place highly. RIP Elvis and Presley.

We found a new Vet! They are so welcoming. I am so happy we found this office. They show concern for your pet. The Dr. took his time to educate and explain everything. I love that! Wonderful place with wonderful people.

I had a really good experience here. The staff was nice, and I enjoyed my dog's appointment with the female doctor. the wait was a bit long, but I was told that they had several emergency surgeries that morning. The waiting room is spacious, so that was okay. The place is clean, and the nurse we had was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Why are the receptionist's notoriously rude at virtually every vet clinic? This one, unfortunately, was no different. Can’t even rate the actual vet and vet techs performances because whoever answered the phone put me off on this place with her sour attitude and back handed/unnecessary comments.
