ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The medical verifiers mixed up my insurance and claim I owe a $4000 deductible, when I actually have a PPO that has no deductible. They claimed I came in for an appointment with their office and I have never been to their office; this is the first time I am booking an appointment. So they placed someone else's insurance under my information and I will be reporting them to HIPAA for this violation. I keep asking to speak with someone else for help because the verifier and receptionist who I spoke with refuse to do any work to properly fix this issue. I have an urgent medical need and an insurance that pays well, but they don't want to figure out what is actually happening. DO NOT GO HERE! They are lazy and will create more of a headache.

Not liking this office and their practices right now. Turned my dad away from an appointment due an outstanding bill from a visit in August that they failed to file a claim on. The visit was in August it is now December with all this time you tell me they just now getting the correct information for the insurance to bill . Very disappointed with how my Dad was treated today.

Doctors are great, but billing “department” is a mess. No one ever answers the phone or returns messages. I have been trying to pay a bill since December. Gave up and mailed a check at the end of January, that still hasn’t been cashed and no one there seems to care.

This place was good the first time I went. I tried going to the River Forest location. I had a 345 appointment. Second straight time going there with over an hour wait. Unbelievable. So I try to schedule an appointment for the other location off of Austin. Didn't have an appointment for 2 weeks out. Even though my eye is killing me. What a horrible place. Do not go here unless you want to be treated like crap. And I told them I had to have someone see me sooner. They couldn't of cared less that I was going to go somewhere else.
