I never have to wait when I go and can get same day appointments if needed. Its great being able to email if I have a question. Dr. Liu and her practice have been life-changing for me, and if you are thinking about switching to this practice, you should. Dr. Liu herself is knowledgeable and insightful: she thinks deeply and creatively about her patients' issues. She also listens better than any doctor I have seen. She is never in a hurry, and she replies to emails and phone calls very quickly. Her office is lovely, and the staff are kind and attentive. It's easy to be seen very quickly, and everything is patient focused. For me, personally, Dr. Liu found a solution to some ongoing medical issues, and helped me be more aware of how to prevent additional problems. I am beyond grateful.
