I have been going to Rick for over a year and I have no plans of stopping! He provides extremely customizable massage therapy depending on what your needs are. I really appreciate that he evaluates my needs at each session and tailors my session. Really happy I found massage therapy of oak park!

Rick is great! He listens to your needs and concerns and clearly has a wealth of knowledge and experience. I have a lot of tightness in my jaw from grinding and clenching my teeth and Rick was able to massage and alleviate that tension in a way I didn’t even know was possible!! I leave his practice feeling 10 pounds lighter :) Highly recommend!

He is able to pinpoint the source of pain and provide the right techniques, pressure, and expertise to provide lasting relief. I have come in with debilitating headaches, jaw pain, shoulder pain, you name it. Rick finds a way to help, including donning gloves to ease tension in my jaw through mouth massage. Started sacral-cranial work with Rick about 25-26 years ago for a slipped disc and compressed nerves in my neck. He identified that the compression was probably at c-5 and 6, on the basis of where I felt referred pain. It was exactly what an MRI had shown, without me telling him. I was sold! I got relief and have always been happy with his healing practices. Have been pain-free now for many years.
