I truly hate leaving negative reviews, but after our experience, I feel it’s important to share this in hopes that it helps others and maybe encourages better care moving forward. My dad had dentures made here, and from the very moment he received them, he expressed that they did not feel right. Before we even left the office, he told the staff that the dentures were not aligning properly and were uncomfortable. Visually, it was clear something was off. The top dentures were not even straight in his mouth the front teeth were noticeably off to the side. The bottom dentures sat so far back in his mouth that they looked unnatural and made it extremely difficult for him to function comfortably. I’m a new patient as of today. I was a little put off initially because my appointment was for 2 PM and apparently they are closed from 1 to 2 PM exactly! I thought I would come a little early, but I ended up standing outside waiting for them to open the door at exactly 2 PM. It didn’t seem to bother them that I and a few other people were waiting out in the cold. After that things were much improved, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The Dentist, Dr. Eli answered all my questions and was very informative and welcoming.

Had a great experience for my first visit, which was a cleaning. I believe her name was Amy—she took the time to understand my surgical/medical history and to ask how she could make me more comfortable with my limitations, all while giving me some tips to accommodate caring for my oral health with my situation. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with providers rushing or not listening and causing pain, so this eased my dentist anxiety! Every staff member was great and so patient with questions.

Everybody was very caring and listened to me and was very gentle. The dentist Chris was very nice and respectful and listen to me. Make things easier as easy can be. I will see you soon. Thank you for caring. Everybody was thoughtful and caring the whole Care team even the front desk

Very kind and thoughtful staff. Let me ask all of my silly questions and made sure i was comfortable throughout the entire process. Doctor was very knowledgeable on a specific condition i have that can severely affect dental care and i was relieved as this was the first dentist i didn't have to explain what the condition is. Definitely recommending to friends and family
