Hi my appointment with Dr Trunong did a fantastic job. She was very professional, great to talk too. Explained everything I had asked her about my teeth. Great atmosphere . Very clean office. The dentist hygienes was very professional & told me everything they were going to do for me today. Office staff did a great job helping me. Thank you be back soon for my cleaning.

I found West River through my insurance. I have had one visit so far and have been absolutely blown away by the kindness and empathy shown by all members of the staff. From the administrative staff, Nature, to the hygienists/technicians, Veronica, and Dr. Medina himself, everyone was kind, patient, and very communicative about what they were doing with my teeth. I especially appreciated that this appointment, which was my first consultation, did not feel rushed: I was given ample time to ask questions, and they seemed genuinely interested in helping me understand the condition of my teeth and in recommending a future treatment plan. They did a great job. All the employees were very polite and knew what they were doing and the dentist. Joseph did a great job. I have no pain. I just can't wait to eat normally again and I will always return to West River dental if I have a problem

First Visit... EXTREMELY GREAT STAFF! CORDIAL, PATIENT AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS...My Dr. Truong was so very nice & I can't wait to complete all my procedures! Wonderful atmosphere! They explained EVERY DETAIL I NEEDED!

My hygienist was so personable and professional. She did a thorough, excellent job cleaning my teeth and examining my mouth for problems, even with traditional braces on my teeth! Dr. Medina was very kind and thorough in his exam, too.
