On February 7, 2026, I visited your clinic to have my permanent crown installed on the upper right side. The crown itself was prepared back in December 2025, during which all measurements and procedures were completed, and today it was fixed properly. During my December 2025 visit, I clearly informed the doctor that I also had another crown on the upper left side that had recently come off and was temporarily fixed using a temporary paste. At that time, I was explicitly told that when I returned for the permanent crown installation, the left crown would be fixed with permanent cement at the same time, without any additional charge. However, during today’s visit, I was informed that fixing the left crown would require a separate appointment and that I would be charged over $400, with $288
