West Point Medical Center - Urgent Care

I brought my mom in to West Point Urgent Care today. This was the best urgent care service we’ve ever had! We were helped by Kimberly in the front, Emily was our nurse, and Mike was our doctor. I was concerned about bringing my mom inside the waiting room and Kimberly offered to call my cell when a room was ready which took so much fear out of the visit! They accommodated my disabled mother very well. Emily explained everything she was going to do (which my mom super appreciated) and even found us a disposable tub to fit in the toilet for her urine sample! Mike was friendly and open to our opinions about herbs and supplements! It was a quick, efficient process and we were both really impressed with the care my mom received today. Thank you :)

I always encounter friendly staff when I come here. The wait is reasonable and the providers do their best to make sure my concerns are addressed. Special shot out to Olga at the front desk for being so diligent and Nurse Kathy for being so sweet.and understanding.

This is the best urgent care in the area hands down. Everyone on the staff from the nurses, receptionists, and doctors are professional, welcoming, and know what they are doing. They offer urgent care services, physical therapy, cosmetic services, and a lot more. Great place to go if you need any kind of help. Highly recommend!!

I just came back from this location Sunday evening. I’ve been here a few times over the past few years. I have also been to too many hospitals and doctor’s offices to count over the past decade so I have a good frame of reference. All of the staff members here were friendly and professional with excellent communication. The doctor was great and was able to quickly resolve the issue I had come for which was to refill prescriptions while waiting to see my PCP who I haven’t seen all year. The doctor also encouraged me with some good advice I plan to act on right away. I would have no problem recommending this clinic to friends and family.

We have been patient of West Point Medical Urgent Care since 2006 when I had my first daughter. And my children are also patients with Dr. Chong who is amazing. I brought my daugther today because she injured her left foot. And we have known Olga for many many years. She is truly phenomenal now only with my kids but March of this year my sister came from Canada to visit. And was having a very severe allergy in her skin it was very red and painful and itchy. And she has Heath Insurance but because she is a Canadian citizen we had to call and get the proper referral and approvals for her to be seen here. And Olga went above and beyond in helping us I had been on the phone but she helped us get all the paperwork approval for her to been seen by the doctor and for the approval of her medicati
