Dr Scott is fantastic. Takes his time explaining everything to you and is very good at what he does. Staff is all friendly and helpful and upfront about costs and what is or isn’t covered by insurance. Highly recommend!

literally wondering if this is a scam operation that goes through the motions of a dentist's office. I had 3 cleanings done here. they told me my teeth were in great shape and did quick x-rays and cleaning. the first couple times I left feeling like "wow, I guess I'm finally doing something right". but after the third time, something just felt wrong. dentist said my teeth were in "tip top" shape. the cleaning lasted 3 minutes. my teeth didn't feel clean when I left and I couldn't ignore the feeling that they weren't actually doing what they were supposed to be. I decided to schedule a dentist visit with another dentist and pay out of pocket to get a better cleaning. that was today, a month after I went to west philly dentists. they immediately identified multiple problems with my teeth,

All I’m gonna say is Dr Scott is truly the best. He was so gentle and my extraction so easy to get thru, there was barely any pain and he didn’t so fast. Best experience I had at a dentist in a very long time. The ladies at the front were amazing as well and also the nurse who helped Dr Scott and the guy that got me started . Everybody was great thank you so much guys.

Good luck. The receptionists have a really bad attitude. I’ve never had such poor service while trying to set up a new patient. Not professional and literally said I don’t have to schedule you. I also don’t need to spend my money there. If this were someone on my team, they wouldn’t be employed. Indignant is how I would describe my interaction.

they made a mistake with scheduling on their end and then told me the doctor wouldn’t see me even though I showed up to my appointment ON TIME. then after wasting my time they wouldn’t even reschedule me for their mistake… just told me i’d have to call in to see if there were appointments???? absolutely will not be returning
