West Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

WARNING PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE OR SEND YOUR LOVED ONES. The facility itself is falling apart which you can clearly see from the outside. The only nice thing is a pretty garden that you can see from your window but can't go sit in even though there are benches. The staff couldn't be bothered with the exception of one aide who worked in the mornings, her name began with a K and she also works at Pennsylvania University Hospital. One night aide who spoke with a accent was good too when she wasn't picking up the other aides work. These 2 women seemed to really care and should be commended. The only 2 nurses that made sure you had your medication were a young male and a elderly woman who walked with a limp. Forget about hitting the call button, you could wait up until a hour. Westpark Nursing Home is excellent, thanks to the dedicated staff and outstanding leadership. Administrator Shea and DON Annmarie are exceptional, fostering a caring and professional environment. The therapy services are also top-notch, with skilled therapists who genuinely help residents improve their health and mobility. I highly recommend Westpark for their quality care and supportive atmosphere.

The staff here are truly amazing. They are caring and compassionate. They made my family member feel safe and at home. This gave us so much peace. As a family we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Forever thankful

My father has been at this nursing home for a year now. I have to say the care he has received has been by far the best. From the nurses to the aides they all have been amazing and attentive to my father. They have new owners and I cannot wait to see how the facility turns around even more. I would like to shout out the nurses and aides on the second floor west side. It’s too many to name but I’m grateful for them.

Westpark Rehab and nursing center, treated me well for 28 days! PT and OT was excellent, and staff was amazing! Thank you to all the staff that helped me! I result enjoyed my stay! Greatful to God for everyone here at Westpark!
