Dr West and staff are AMAZING!! Their new Modesto location is beautiful and works great for quick appointments. Scheduling is never a problem and I love the appt reminders! Dr West works miracles with my stubborn teeth. I’m so looking forward to having a beautiful smile, without the braces!! Dr. West and his staff are AMAZING. If you’re looking for a team of excellent staff who treat you like family and truly care about you, that’s Dr. West and his team. I just finished my journey with them and couldn’t be more amazed with the great transformation he has done for me. I started on this journey afraid and embarrassed to smile. I was always covering my mouth when laughing, never showed teeth during photos, and always being asked where are your front teeth (they were pushed up high so you were not able to see them when I talked). During every visit Dr. West and his staff made me feel like I was the most important person there at the time and surrounded me with such a friendly/family environment. Highly recommend Dr. West! He has reasonable payment plans, a wide variety of services, and it’s easy to get in when you need to be seen. He fitted me for Invisalign and was honest about what to expect as an adult patient. He even transferred his work and my records to another orthodontist free of charge when I moved out of state. He did complimentary laser gum contouring right there in his office. I’d happily fly back for appointments if I would have known that I wouldn’t find an orthodontist as qualified as he is and with as many offerings as his office has.

Dr. West takes on far too many patients. If life happens and you have to reschedule an existing appointment you have to wait 8 weeks for a new appointment, even if you do it a month in advance. This obviously is not great for ortho treatment. Unfortunatly it seems he is more about making money than taking care of his patients.

Dr West and his staff are always professional and personal at each visit. Their offices are always clean and offer a welcoming feel. The technology they use is state of the art and i couldnt be more pleased with my results. They are flexible in setting up a payment schedule that worked for our budget. Definitely recommend!!!
