CVS Pharmacy

The staff at this location is phenomenal but the phone system CVS uses now is horrible. There is no way I found to speak to an actual human being. As busy as this location is the fact that are always short staffed is obvious to anyone who shops here. CVS needs to address this before they wind up losing the quality staff they have here.

How is it that a very busy pharmacy, CVS in Target Riverbank, can ONLY have 2 employees working!? This is ridiculous, I feel sorry for the employees, I always have to wait longer than I used to, been going here since they opened, for one reason, the hire ups expect the employees to do more with less. There is always a line and there's no such thing anymore of running by the pharmacy! Get them some help!

Good luck with Jo the pharmacist he never wants to help you and is just eager to get you on the phone. The least helpful pharmacist that location has ever had. Due your job that is what you signed up for horrible customer service.

Amazing experience at CVS inside this Riverbank Target, I was trying to get my mothers medicine for that she relies on considering she is kidney transplant patient and she is on medicare, the cost of this medicine is not possible for many to be able to pay and with changes to medicare or within the pharmacy i was fighting an uphill battle to get my moms needed medication, after countless hours and days with medicare and cvs pharmacy reps one unbelievable member within the pharmacy Yulissa went above and beyond to get the information and details to accomplish getting this medication for my mother, and i just have to say i am very pleased to know there are still people who not only care about their jobs but also understand the importance of their clients needs and I feel like I came upon Yul
