West Omaha Urgent Care

I had a great experience at this urgent care after getting injured in a fall. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, efficient, and reassuring. I was seen promptly, everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed or dismissed. A special shoutout to Amy, the nurse — she was absolutely wonderful. She was compassionate, attentive, and made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. Amy took the time to check in, explain what was happening, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. I’m very grateful for the care I received and would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone needing quick, professional, and compassionate medical attention.

Short wait time, friendly staff, clean office and $45 cheaper than the clinic on South 155th Street. Nurse practitioner was very kind and thorough. They took care of my needs. I would highly recommend.

The staff here was excellent as usual! I was able to see the doctor quickly and was treated professionally!

This staff is extremely knowledgeable and timely, excellent care, especially considering that they’ve never seen most patients before (idk if you’re aware, but that is not an easy task to triage — that’s why a hospital has an entire triage department AND charges like 10x more). I received caring, timely, supportive care, and would not only visit this location again, but I would also recommend this facility without hesitation to friends and family members in need of a non-emergency urgent care condition. this Urgent Care is awesome! my daughter needed stitches, as you know it’s not an easy thing to find care on the weekend. This urgent care got us in quick! the doctors were all so friendly and really helped calm her nerves. thank you!!!
