West Oaks Village

Today I had a great tour with Stella your assistant manager she explained everything and took the time to show me a great apartment it's nice complex quite and clean grounda plus good security cameras i feel I'm at a very blessed place. Prayers to be here in a nice complex as I'm a senior love the location and most of all the office members are amazing. Thank you west oaks village hope to be my next home.

Terrible leasing office—do not recommend. My mother passed away a few weeks ago, and I was in the process of cleaning out her apartment and removing her belongings. Despite explaining the situation, the leasing office treated me very poorly and even called the police. I had already spoken with the officer ahead of time to inform them of what we were doing. Moments later, the leasing office suddenly became aggressive toward my husband and me. All we wanted was to collect my mother’s belongings and leave peacefully. It’s truly sad and disappointing how unprofessional this experience was. I was able to retrieve my mother’s most important items—they can keep the rest.

This place has the blessings of the Lord through the help of Our Blessed Lady. It has a very warm and friendly atmosphere. It starts with Adela who is approachable, helpful, and very friendly. My neighbors are friendly and helpful, too. Everyone greets and smiles at you. Very positive! It’s a delight to live here.

Very clean, tranquil and secure. Managers are kind, courteous and respond promptly to fix any maintenance issues. Many activities including trips, parties, bingo etc make living here a very pleasant experience.
