West Michigan Family Dental offered me and both of my young kids a warm welcoming on our arrival and continued with a professional and highly attentive experience from start to finish! The staff were all friendly, organized, and so patient with my children. They let all three of us have appointments together and it all ran smoothly. All my questions were answered thoroughly, and the overall environment felt calm and reassuring. The practice is clearly dedicated to high standards and building strong relationships with their patients. Dr. Bryce was a main part of that, bringing high level skill, care, and a gentle approach that patients truly appreciate! Neither of my kids were fearful of the process with him and they are actually excited for their next appointments!

Experience was very good. Liked everyone I saw. Knew going in that they were out of network had experienced that with previous dentist. The only difference being with my prior dentist my out-of-pocket cost was well under $100 with this dentist. The prices were unreal. I had to pay after my insurance paid. I had to pay well over $300 and that was just unacceptable for what they did and everything I would go back they were very good but for the cost I cannot. I cannot go back. I’m on a fixed income and it’s just unacceptable.

Awesome work! I had a bad experience at another office who messed up a root canal and never crowned it. Dr Green and his assistant Trisha did great work fixing it and got it crowned for me. The atmosphere was relaxed and professional 10/10 would recommend.

Everyone in this office was truly amazing. Dr Green and his assistant Trisha were so knowledgeable and professional. All of my issues were addressed and taken care of. I highly recommend them.

Great staff, especially Mya, Dr. Dunstan, and Hiedi. They always get you in and make sure all your needs are addressed. There office is nice and they make sure you are comfortable. Highly recommend!
