Fremont Hearing, (Heather) has bent over backwards to try and fix an issue with software for my hearing aids. She and I decided to send them back for repair. She reminds me of the way it used to be when dealing with a customer, conscientious hard working trying to please a GRUMPY old man. LOL Merry Christmas

Everyone is very professional and nice. They did a great job of setting me up with my first set of hearing aids. They have made my life a little easier now that I can communicate at a normal level again. I would highly recommend everyone to have their hearing checked regularly. They are so professional in their work while also being warm and caring that we cannot imagine anyone taking better care of our hearing needs.
