From the moment my mom arrived at the ER and throughout her hospital stay, the doctors and nurses were very professional, caring, and friendly. They truly took the time to make sure she was comfortable and well cared for. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The dietary team was also very thoughtful and provided nutritious, well-balanced meals. I felt completely at peace knowing my mom was in good hands, even during the times I couldn’t be there with her. I will always remember and deeply appreciate all the staff members at this hospital. We are truly grateful for everything they have done for our family. ❤️

Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication truly set her apart as one of the finest physicians in the LCMC network. Recently, my PSA levels showed a mild spike. Instead of dismissing it or taking a "wait and see" approach, Dr. Bastian acted immediately. She referred me to my urologist and ensured I received the MRI I needed. This place is great and all! But yesterday I had a horrible experience with an oversized security guard at the front desk on the emergency side of the hospital, he was very rude from the beginning to me and my friend, he was just overall rude and was slamming stuff on the desk as if doing his job was an inconvenience. I get people have bad days but that does not have anything to do with me, his attitude was despicable and no matter what the circumstances were or the time nobody deserves to get treated like that.

Omg...a huge difference from yrs ago. I only use Ochsner, but I had to bring my sister here yesterday due to her having a congestive heart failure. I haven't been here and didn't know where to go. Finally got to the emergency door. I ran in a police officer and I guess an Rn rushed outside took my sister right away. The man told me to leave my truck and rushed us to the back. Everyone has been so amazing and keeping me informed with my sister. She's in SCU now. And she looks so much better than she did yesterday. I really have to say, the hospital is so spotless and everyone is so friendly. I got loss twice and both times someone helped me without asking. I hated this place!!! Again a huge difference..I'm impressed

I took my husband to LCMC Urgent Care for acute stomach pain, vomiting and diarrhea. The NP examined him and said he needed a CT Scan. We were directed to the WJMC ED. We arrived at the ED at 3:50 pm. It is now 11:30 pm and he has not been brought to the back nor seen a doctor. ER Advisor is a joke. For the past 8 hours he has been violently vomiting, diarrhea and his stomach pain has been elevated to 11. This has been taking place in the waiting room. The ER staff cannot give any meds, unless he is seen by a doctor. He doesn't want to leave and go to another hospital because his pain is so bad he cannot take the car ride. This whole experience has been a nightmare.
