West Hill Family Dental

Dr Hemphill has been our dentist and Melissa our hygienist for more than a decade. We moved to NJ last year and drive over four hours round trip, twice a year, because they are the best. We do not trust anyone else with our dental care. They are top notch.

My daughter had a difficult dental experience when she was only 7. Since that time she has been fearful of dental cleanings and any other type of procedures. Fast forward to age 16 and we have finally found a forever dentist for her! Dr Preston made my daughter comfortable and completed all necessary work. I appreciated the time Dr Preston spent with my daughter so that she understood exactly what would be done. I can’t thank Dr Preston enough. I 100% recommend this practice!

Love this dental practice! Dr. Hemphill, my hygienist, Melissa and the manager, Monica are always very accommodating with my schedule and needs. Going to the dentist has always given me a bit of anxiety but not at West Hill Family Dental!! I truly feel like I’m taken care of like family here. Can’t recommend this dentist enough!!

I want to thank hygienist Melissa for going above and beyond to find me a facility that could perform am emergency root canal. Recognizing my discomfort, Melissa showed extreme compassion and professionalism in ensuring I was seen in the most timely fashion.

I am from Oregon and was in West Hartford visiting my cousin recently and needed to have a root canal done. My cousin recommended West Hill Family Dental. Dr. Preston is a star dentist and squeezed me in to perform the root canal and crown prep. For the first time in my life (I am 57) I did not feel the shot(s) AT ALL. I am dentally challenged due to multiple bad experiences as a child and Dr. Preston and her spectacular crew were very understanding and helpful. I returned when the crown was ready and Dr. Preston again squeezed me in to get the procedure completed. I decided to get a partial made while I was there which Dr. Preston and crew were able to complete in record time. I think Dr. Preston may have even come in on a day off to fit the partial.
