I’ve probably spent close to $20,000 on dental work over the years and have seen around a dozen dentists across multiple states — not exactly a resume builder… But with that experience, I can confidently say I’ve never felt more comfortable or cared for in a dental office. From the moment I walked in, the experience was seamless. I arrived at 8:55 and was already in the chair by 9:02. The staff went above and beyond at every step, explaining everything clearly and making sure there were no surprises. One of the biggest highlights for me was the numbing process — I’ve only had one other office manage it without discomfort, and this was one of them. From the front desk to the dental assistants to Dr. Rachel herself, everyone was kind, professional, and incredibly supportive.
