ive needed to do an MRI for a couple months now but every appointment i went to has been rescheduled one after the other. the unreliability is extremely frustrating, especially when you need an MRI for something as important as epilepsy, like I do. I cant imagine what the other sections of it are like. not only that but the people on the phone are rude most of the time, being condescending and making you feel like you dont know what youre talking about. please dont make the same mistake I did. find somewhere better

I have been to West Hernando Diagnostics before, but today is the last time! I went for MRI on my neck for the second time. The first time the tech told me I wouldn’t fit into the machine because of my weight. This time 50 pounds lighter, she said the same thing! I told her I fit last time so today shouldn’t be a problem. I asked if I needed to take my earrings out and she didn’t answer. When getting on the table, she told me to turn my head so SHE could put earplugs in my ears, when she saw my earrings so got mad telling me I couldn’t wear them. She then tells me the test will take about 20 minutes and not to swallow during that time! She said that she hates to have to redo tests because they don’t listen. I told her my Dr. told me not make sure I get a cd before leaving so I asked her

Been going to this facility for many years. Never ever have had any issues with anyone there. Able to schedule me quickly and ALL are extremely nice and polite. Was there for an MRI this past week. There was an issue with my Dr's orders. Once that was resolved which took time on my Dr's end, it was lunchtime there. MaryAnn was my tech and was able and willing to do my MRI during her lunch break instead of rescheduling . That was really going above and beyond for a patient. Much appreciated.....

The woman who performed my wife's ultrasound was extremely rude and has no bedside manner. She complained about having to do the ultrasound, first off, had the audacity to call me the "baby daddy or wherever I was" as we walked back and when I thought I saw facial features she quickly told me I was wrong as she couldn't see any. It's a shame we were so excited for the ultrasound and we left there disappointed and looking for a new imaging facility. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. She clearly needs to find another line of work.

I'm in a wheelchair and can't transfer. I called before booking my ride and was told they Can do my chest xray . I get there and am told sorry you have to be able to transfer we can't help you. I'm so pissed I always explain that I can't transfer when I book. Definitely do not recommend this place horrible waste of my time
