New Vision Optical

I am so pleased with the care that I received at New Care Optical. Dr. Muniz is kind, caring and very thorough with her examination. She spent a lot of time with me and was willing to spend more time if needed. The same can be said for Kimberly. She is kind, caring and very thorough in her work at the front desk. They are both wonderful, they go above and beyond and make you feel special. I'm so happy to be one of their new patients, I highly recommend New Vision Optical.

Dr. Muniz and Kimberly both deserve a raise for the advice we recieved for our vision and the kind words provided and the excellent customer service provided from kimberly during this visit! I'm truly greatful to have come to this place because this place is so clean, professional, and amazing! I got my glasses today and said I had to look at myself in the mirror and Kimberly was like you go girl! I LOVE THAT! The support over there is amazing and everyone needs to check this place out! They are so friendly! They offer coffee and water for your wait. I recommend this place 100%!

This is the best Vision Center I have ever been to. I was referred to them by Humana. I called them yesterday to set up an eye exam and Kim had an opening for me the next day (today) at 10am. Kim was so nice to deal with over the phone, what an awesome personality she has and she's so down to Earth. When I arrived, Kim greeted me with a beautiful smile and the same awesome personality she had over the phone. She handed me a clipboard with a few basic questions to fill out then took me to the examination room to do a few tests, then a few minutes later, Dr.Munez greeted me with a beautiful smile as well, then took me across the hall to have a complete eye examination. I love, love, love this place and it’s my first visit! Hands down, the best eye doctor I’ve been to since I’ve lived in Maine. The doctor was very informational and kind; receptionist, super funny with great personality. These two women are fantastic!

Kim at the front desk is so sweet and incredibly helpful...great first point of contact! Dr. Muniz is AMAZING...I went in with a concern and she took the time to explain the possibilities and then put my concerns to rest with a thorough exam. I never felt dismissed or rushed. Go see them, they are seriously the best!!
