My daughter has always been treated well by the staff there; they have never treated her badly. What I like about this place is that when you call, they always find a way to get your child in quickly, and they are willing to help with the paperwork that schools sometimes require. Than you to everyone that works there.🤍

Both of my kids have gone here since young. Absolutely love Dr Jacob!! Staff are nice as well! My children are very comfortable with Dr Jacob & I’m comfortable knowing they have such an amazing Doctor!!!!

My child did not wish for any more encounters at this office. He felt mistreated and I agree. We found a decent place for him to go now he’s well taken care of. If you want an office and doctor that really cares I recommend just completely finding somewhere else to bring your precious cargos. They don’t deserve anyone taking their anger out on them and mistreating them while they’re attending their appointment. All the poor kid wanted was a sticker like the other kid received right before/in front of him.

Clean and beautiful office! Staff is always respectful and professional. Extremely accommodating of appointment times. Highly recommend to anyone looking to seek medical care from a compassionate Doctor like Dr. Jacob. The APRN in office is cherry knowledgeable and caring as well. Very thorough and respectful of different cultures and beliefs as well. The providers are very resources to info around town for great fitness and education opportunities.

Dr. Jacob is nice, but the front desk is terrible, especially in appointments scheduling. When you call them, the way they are talking is very overbearing. Sometimes, they cancel the appointment if the patient is delayed 3-5 minutes; at the same time, if you come in time, you must wait 20-30 more minutes.
