Clover Dental Care

Called in booked an appointment and provided all insurance information over the phone. I emphasize ALL INSURANCE INFORMATION. Reception let me know i was all set. I arrive for my appointment and hand my insurance card over to reception and they advise me my insurance is out of network and there is a cost. Then asked if I was still staying for my appointment. Completely unprofessional especially when it’s the week before Christmas and I had to leave work for this appointment.

I recommend this dental office, I was in a lot of pain and I had to get a root canal and Doctor Ryan Took very good care of Me. No pain, excellent professional. I was very happy and went home without no pain. God is great always 🤍 God bless them all and all the work they do.

Helpful and detail support. They took photos of my teeth and showed me directly what was going on with my teeth, which was cool to see and help with comprehension of my dental care

Everyone is so gentle and patient, always taking the time to answer all my questions and make me feel comfortable. Dr. Chen is truly the best, informative, honest, and always makes sure I understand what’s going on with my dental care. I really appreciate the level of care and professionalism. The dental assistants, Cindy and Nikky, are just as wonderful. They’re so sweet, welcoming, and thorough during cleanings. I always leave feeling well taken care of and with a bright smile!
