my appointment was right on time. dr. sharma was great. he got my history, explained a course of treatment, and i never felt rushed. he and his entire staff from, check in to check out, were kind, courteous and professional. i give them my five star rating!

Every time I have to bring my uncle here, including today, they asked for you to be 15 minutes early to your appointment just to make you wait 1+ hours to see a provider. All while listen to the ladies, including the NP, discuss what they are having for dinner, how they are preparing for this winter storm, etc. It's like they could care less about anyone's time but their own. If you arrive past your appointment time, they make you reschedule, but they could less about making you wait. We will be finding a new gastro office who is considerate of our time

After waiting over an hour past my uncle's appointment, the NP Jennifer Roberts literally came in the room and said your CT was unremarkable and that's it. 3 minutes of face time after waiting over an hour to be seen and then NO desire to figure out why my uncle is having stomach pain. She said just call if the pain gets bad again or you need us. We will be finding a new gastroenterology office who actually cares about their patients and their patient's time.

Amber is very nice and kind. She found out I had acid reflux and other issues. She referred me to Dr Sharma and got me on a clear liquid diet.

I’m very disappointed in this office… they have the potential to be good but instead they won’t communicate with you about your health and keep you in the dark. profile you wile your in the office. However with my new doctor I’m already getting better. And am very grateful to my new GI THEY COMMUNICATE AND HELP ME.
