West Georgia Urology - Villa Rica

Called to get in with what I suspect is a kidney infection. I was told that since I have not been in in 3 years I would be treated as a new patient. They wanted to give me an appt in 5 days. Going to urgent care and will be looking for an office that cares more about their patients then they do about numbers.

I will not use again. I am an established patient and I had to leave a message on the appointment line to be seen for a UTI. The website says they open at 8 but their recording says 8:30. Still no call by 10:30. I called back and was told there was no message. Then when I told the front desk person what I needed, she said I needed to come in and I said fine. She did not Have an appointment with a practitioner until August. I told her I would be happy to follow up in August but right now I had a UTI and I needed something done right away. iIf you ever have had a UTI you understand. She said maybe tomorrow at Carrollton would be my best choice and I said no I’m going to see someone today, so I’ll just have to go to Immediate Care because I am in a lot of distress and she told me that that’

Why is my husband not seeing a Dr. Not a nurse practioner. When his prostate levels are a ata high risk of cancer. Totally unacceptable

Everyone is nice and professional!! Had a Consultation to begin with then a test to determine what my treatment would be. Surgery was scheduled then recovery! All in less than 2 months. Feeling better and pleased with everything!!! Dr Cullison and staff are great!!!

This doctor and his staff are the BEST. I had some truly puzzling issues for nearly a year. The doctor was very thorough and empathetic to my symptoms. He FOUND the answer, and it was not even an urology issue. I cannot recommend any higher - they are superb.
