Let's just say that I have had it with this uncaring, unattentive and absent doctors! I have been trying to get a refill on my meds thru Walmart pharmacy (as instructed by the supposed nurse, Brooke) waited the 24 to 48 hours (actually 2 weeks!) for Vicki Hankins to respond, as she and Dr Cone were both supposedly on vacation for almost 2 weeks, around Thanksgiving. I have talked to 2 or 3 different people that say they will make sure she gets the message, and no less than 5 other people from the call center! They also will not reply to my insurance company about another med they , insurance.company ,are trying to get me for free! DO NOT GO TO THIS GROUP OF DOCTORS, EVER!!!

Me and my wife was given poor diagnosis by our doctor. We were going to go somewhere else but before we could I started to get a rash like on my face. I went and saw his nurse practitioner I told her my problem and without even looking at me she said she couldn't help me. I asked her if she was even going to look at the rash and pointed it out. She still had no answer. I asked her if she was at least going to refer me to a dermatologist. Her response was oh yeah I can do that. So why do I keep giving these two my money not any more. Ps. The poor advice was confirmed by two other doctors.

Have had great experiences here with both Dr. Messick and the nurse practitioner. The office staff has also been very helpful and patient!

It was awful and it was so confusing. Doctor didn't care to answer any questions.
