20+ years customer, just had my teeth cleaned and it was as close to pleasant as a dental scrape can get. Never any problems with insurance, we have BCBS Florida. Had fillings replaced as needed but they never pushed it unlike 3 other practices from pace to east Pensacola (I got tired of hearing he's so nice and they replaced all of my fillings! These places tried the same on me. Dr. Watson replaced ONE of mine, twenty years after being seen at the others and being told "we gotta do these right away". Don't get scammed. Go with Watson and Tiffany is my regular hygienist in his office.

Had great service when I used to go there. However, I called to have them remove me from being notified/texted 3 months ago and got another text today. I called yet again to have them remove me. If this continues, the rating will drop further.

Been going here for years. I had a cleaning and my son was seen too. Normally, my insurance covers it all, but I got a bill for $170! I was NEVER told my insurance no longer is covered. I also was not notified about it when we came in for our cleanings. I also would have cancelled and went elsewhere if I was notified. They said they sent a letter out which was total B.S. because I open all my mail and NEVER received anything. Shady, scammy and a slimy way to do business with your long time patients. STEER CLEAR of this place!
