Dr. Oszustowicz is outstanding. She is extremely thorough and gives each patient her full attention. If you are having challenges with your vision, she is relentless in working toward the right solution and doesn’t settle for “good enough.” Brittany is equally impressive when it comes to fitting glasses. She truly knows her craft and takes the time to match the right frames to each individual, even with high prescriptions or challenging face shapes. Her attention to detail and expertise make the process easy and trustworthy. While they both stood out, everyone I interacted with was professional, helpful, and genuinely cared about providing a great experience. I highly recommend West Eye Associates!

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The staff is incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming—they truly go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The doctors are wonderful: knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. You can tell they love what they do and really value their patients. I couldn’t recommend this office more!
