I’ve been going to ChiroFitt for two months to improve my general fitness and it’s easily the best fitness experience I’ve had. Dr. Lenny, Karen, and Steve make the place feel welcoming, personal, and motivating. The gym is small and intimate, which means you’re never just another face. They really take the time to know you and care about your progress. Every session feels like a big accomplishment. I always leave feeling stronger. After two months, I’m already noticing changes in my strength and flexibility, how my clothing fits, and my stress levels. Doing wonders for my mental health. Highly recommend for anyone who wants personal attention and results!

ChiroFitt in Carlisle is excellent! Dr. Kielbasa is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and wants to help them feel their best. Karen and Steve have always been friendly, professional, and make each visit comfortable and efficient. Started going to ChiroFitt in April of this year for lower back issues.With manual adjustments to my lower back and exercises for a month, made definite improvements. I am currently on my fourth month of fitness training at ChiroFitt to improve my strength and body movements to eliminate any lower back issues. All I can say is WOW!, what a difference it has made. I have lost about 30 pounds, my bike riding has definitely improved, feel alot better doing normal everyday activities and work around home. DR.LENNY and his associates are wonderful . I slipped a disc at the start of summer and had horrible sciatica pain. Today I am pain free! Everyone at Chirofitt is so knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Dr. Kielbasa took the time to answer my questions and explain my injury and symptoms as well as the steps needed for treatment. I love that both chiropractic adjustments and physical therapy are used in conjunction. I highly recommend Chirofitt!
