West End Pediatrics

I have been so thankful for how accessible and understanding the nurses and staff at West End Peds are! The ability to call them anytime and talk through any symptoms/things I'm worried about with my children has been a HUGE blessing. They are always so kind and never make me feel embarrassed for having called.

Since the first visit, Dr. Lucy has always been a joy. She keeps my daughter engaged, exploring her curiosities about all the gadgets and even singing songs and doing dance moves. She has kept my daughter's health and development a priority and provides the best support and guidance when we have questions or concerns. Even when coming in for sick visits and seeing other providers, the care is always consistent. I love that they create an environment where my daughter is excited to go to the doctor. We will continue to see Dr. Lucy and her team!

We love Lucy! My daughter has been with West End pediatrics since birth, and we started seeing PA Lucy not long after. Loved her so much we recommended her to family who now also bring their children. She listens without judgement. Takes time to answer questions and address concerns. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better PCP for my child.

Dr Dawson is a great doctor who takes the time to explain everything and is willing to answer every single question no matter how silly it may sound

Here's a scenario (bare with me): If you went to the dentist for a cleaning visit and you had a cold sore (and you told them it wasn't a big deal, you're fine with waiting them out) but the dentist wrote a prescription for just in case you changed your mind, but 6 months later you still haven't even used it. And then you find out they double charged you! They didn't inform you that they would charge you $200 for writing that prescription, otherwise you would have waited. You would think that dentist is a money grubber. We'll, that's exactly what happened at this office, pediatrian version. When I called them about it, they absolutely refused to write it off (and they had already received $300 between me and my insurance for a Well Visit!!) Then they immediately sent me an e-bill to rub it
